At QuantumNET, we understand that providing the
best possible after sales support and service is what
makes the difference to all of our Customers. It is
one thing to sell a product or a service but another
to ensure that our Customers are happy with their
purchases from us.
In order to provide the highest level of Customer
Service we have created a dedicated support
department to ensure that all branches of the
QuantumNET Group live up to our motto of
"Setting Standards" and is able to provide round the
clock support to all of our customers.
To reach these goals we have created a number
of ways for our Customers to contact us and
report any issues that they may be facing.

Live Helpdesk
Our staff are on hand to assist you at our Head
Office on .Kairaba Avenue Monday through Saturday.
We have .two.dedicated Customer Service lines
(437 8424/427) located at our Helpdesk where
our Customer Service Reps are on hand to answer
Customer queries about any of the services or
products .we offer as well as to create Job Cards
for any issues.

24/7 Online Helpdesk
QuantumNET is well known in the Sub Region for
having an .innovative approach to serving our
customers and in that regard we are the first
Gambian company to offer an online Helpdesk
where our customers are able to log in any issues
as well as track the support until completion.
This allows our customers to have a clear image
of how and when the reported issue will be
addressed.
When a Task is created, an email is sent to the
department responsible and it is immediately
assigned to the relevant Support staff. Upon
completion, an email is sent to the customer
.informing them that the Task is resolved.
