QCafe Access
QuantumNET operates The Gambia's largest chain of Cyber Cafes.
QCafes are located all over the greater Banjul area and are open from 8:30am to 10:00pm
QCafe Technology QCafe's are all connected to the QuantumNET Wireless Internet Network ensuring the fastest Internet browsing speed for
all of our many customers. QCafe operators go through extensive training in order to better serve our
customers and are on hand to assist you with any of the QCafe services.
QCafe's are equipped with modern computers and printers and we use a patented QCafe operating system SYSCAFE®
developed by QuantumNET programmers that put the customer in charge of their cafe experience. We also have a dedicated
QCafe technical staff to make sure that QCafes are always in good working
order.
QCafe Services
At QCafe's we also offer Photocopying and Secretarial services, Nokia mobile phone sales, Nokia Care pick up and Scratch
Card sales. QCafes are always looking at new ways to serve our customers and to that end we have teamed up with the
Sub Regional bank, Ecobank to provide Western Union money transfers facilities in all of the QCafes*. At selected QCafes,
customers can also make letter drops with DHL.
